I called Phil Evans because of a problem with a washing machine (the drum wasn't spinning and it looked like an issue with the belt). He was able to come and look at the machine the following day. He arrived on time as promised. Phil refitted the belt so no new parts were required, and charged me what I thought was a very reasonable price. Very happy with the speed of response and the fact that I wasn't charged for parts I didn't need.

Contacted Phil on Friday, gave me a date (Monday). Arrived on time repaired the washing machine.Phil kept me informed all the way, very professional. I am delighted with the service and the cost, I would highly recommend this business. Five star treatment.
