I've used Housewives Choice on a number of occasions now for a variety of appliances, they offer great value for money and a first class service. Paul is a great, honest and reliable guy!

Great place to find parts for your home appliances guys are helpfull and friendly most of the items you have at home they are able to get a replacement part to get it up and running again

Tried to shop with a local business but upon entering the store without a face covering and was told I NEEDED to have one. I explained myself but this guy didn't seem to want to have me as a customer despite standing behind a screen...! Off i go to make my purchase online. Good customer service you have there

Very rude completely ignored, went to order a washing machine and tumble dryer left with nothing, will not go there again.

Very good experience. The light to my cooker hood had exploded and welded the contacts. They did quite a lot of investigation to find the parts and went above and beyond to repair the unit. I would recommend them absolutely. Good old fashioned service at a reasonable price.

I bought a LEC fridge from this shop a year ago. It had a 3-year warranty on it which is one of the main reasons I bought it. Big mistake. Within 12 months the freezer compartment door latch broke and I arranged a repair. It then took 10 WEEKS for the engineer to come out. The LEC after service is a joke. Long waits on the phone to contact them.
AVOID BUYING ANY LEC PRODUCT. Not worth the hassle.

I bought a larder fridge from them which i am very pleased with ,and i found out they also do repairs,so they came out and fixed my cooker .The cooling fan would not switch off,and needed new buttons for the clock,they did a great job for a good price .

Really polite staff, very helpful. Helped me find part for my old tumble dryer.
