I can really recommend this company. We have bought electrical items, and recently they have repaired our oven. Fast efficient and really friendly. They sell cookers,fridges, washers, dish washers and small appliances. Highly recommend. They are also reasonably priced too, which is great!

Used DJP for years, great staff who know what they are talking about and respond promptly when you need them, a fridge door hinge failure doesn’t sound much but when it happens you need a firm that recognises it’s serious to you and are able to respond quickly. Great service.

Fantastic customer service and a speedy response! Our washing machine at home wasn't working right after running for about 7 years without a service, we called DJP on Thursday and were able to arrange an appointment that Saturday. Very helpful when they came out, it was fixed quickly and at a reasonable price. Will definitely use them again!

Initially not able to properely diagnose the problem stating " I want nothing to do with this" but still charging £30 pounds for this service. So went higher with the problem still with no attempt to fix the problem. DJP said it was not the door causing the issue, however this was fixed by another company and it was the door. DJP was contacted to inform them of the problem that they could not diagnose or fix just to let them know. The owner was " busy" asked for a call back to which I have never received.

Very disapointed in this company. Very quick to take the fee of £30 pounds and not being able to identify or fix a simple door problem.

What a fantastic service

A genuine company that can clearly be trusted to offer a good service at a fair price. Called DJP in to sort a faulty washing machine. A minor fault that caused a major issue. DJP arrived when agreed and sorted the issue quickly and at a fair price. Will use again.

Great service from the staff in store. I went in for a random spare part, a door seal for an oven that I did not buy from this shop, and they bent over backwards to help me. I will always buy local if I can and I will be coming back here again. Thank you
