Excellent service. After good advice,I chose an integrated dishwasher from stock and a delivery time was agreed. The delivery was punctual and the engineers were very polite and efficient. Any problems which this type of installation inevitably has were quickly overcome and very soon we were given a demonstration on how to use the new machine. The sixteen year old machine was also taken for disposal as part of the service.

Brilliant shop Great price's better than the Bigger store's, delivered on the day I wanted for no extra fee and recycled my old appliances again for no extra fee would have fitted my new appliances but didn't need them to !! First place I'll look when I'm needing anything new !!

Brilliant deal. Purchased a Bosch kettle and toaster and saved £27.00 on the price from all other retailers even online retailers. Very good customer service and free parking. Supporting a local store too.

Wood bros heanor, chose our Bosch fridge freezer in store at 09-15 & was fully delivered & installed by 11-30 am same day and old one taken away. Absolutely fantastic service and politeness.

Brilliant service and staff,who go out of their way to be helpful with common sense recommendations as to purchase of an upright freezer for the Garage .
This is how it should be and support our local independent retailer.

Absolutely blown away by the service I received today. Paid for a fridge freezer, and was lucky enough to take delivery with in an hour. The two delivery guys removed the old fridge themselves (at a cost). Highly recommended.
