Visited for advise as we have a problem with a fridge location. The advise and suggestions freely given was very accurate . This traditional shop has a large display of products which can be viewed at your leisure. The knowledgeable staff are easily approachable with clear and understandable explanations. They are competatily priced. Well worth a visit.

Great service, very friendly and lots of knowledge. Got plenty of advice so I could decide on right tv for me. Would recommend and will use again in future for other appliances too.

My husband & I rent a washing machine from Halls,recently the machine we had broke down & we were waiting on a replacement after having it checked & was told it couldn’t be fixed,I was becoming a little impatient waiting on the replacement & after phoning Halls to see when the new washing machine was arriving one Friday afternoon I was told they would deliver one the next day on the Saturday,however a few hours later we received a phone call to say they could deliver & fit the new machine that evening,at 7pm a good natured guy turned up to take the broken machine away & fit the replacement,he had squeezed us in on the Friday evening because he knew he just didn’t have time on the Saturday,I wanted to leave a review because the guy that fitted our new machine was so good natured & obviously had already had a busy day, he left two very satisfied customers with a new washing machine & the service was done with a smile & he was so pleasant, ,it reminded me of how it used to be when people took a pride in their work & nothing was too much trouble,I felt the least I could do is leave a five star review,Halls is probably one of the few businesses left in this area that carry the traditional values of days gone by,thank you from two satisfied customers.

We were well looked after by Chris in the store, lots of advice on a Neff Cooker and Panasonic TV, delivered and fitted well ,thank you☺️

Our freezer stopped working on Sunday night and on Monday morning we were able to pick up a replacement from Halls. Their knowledgeable and helpful advice meant that we are delighted with our choice. Plus it was a very reasonable price. We will certainly be visiting again next time we are looking for something.

I purchased a new washing machine and had it installed. Excellent customer service in the shop and on delivery. Quick delivery and easy to arrange. Would recommend for anyone wanting friendly quality service.

So amazing and helpful! My fridge freezer died a few days before Xmas day and they managed to sort me one out the same day, it was stood in my kitchen within half an hour of being in store! LIterally saved Christmas for us! Thank you so much!!
