Adams & Jarrett

Over the last 40+ years I have bought many items from this store for domestic and commercial use. My Bosch washing machine (bought from Adams & Jarrett) is well out of its warranty period. It developed a problem and getting an engineer was nigh impossible. I phoned A & J and a very helpful and patient female staff member, who didn’t know I was a long standing customer, talked me through the very simple correction and now the laundry can get done!! Fantastic after sales service - the best I have ever received anywhere. Thank you!

Great service from this local company. Purchased a much needed tumble dryer and had great advice from the lady who served me and also from other staff - all so helpful and not pushy. Delivery was the next day at the time they said they would deliver. They keep to their word and offer a 5* service. What's not to love?

Have bought several items over the last couple of years since I moved here. Most recently a 55in smart TV. Service always helpful and knowledgable and prices as good as anywhere else on line or in store. Lots of stock so they can often deliver next day (as they did for my TV which was too big for the boot of my car). Good all round electrical retailer.

The only company I will use for any electrical items, family run, very knowledgable and so helpful.
Within the last year I’ve had to have a new oven and new washing machine and they do everything from install to removal of old items so you don’t have to worry about anything!

Had been thinking of buying a new TV for quite some time, and thought I'd buy local, rather than online. Went to Adams and Jarrett and found the sales staff happy, helpful and knowledgeable, everyone of my nerdy questions was answered! I've been to too many "bigger" high street retailers in the past where the staff have no clue. Having bought the TV, I also paid extra for a fitter to come round and set the whole system up as I have a couple of set top boxes and a surround sound. A couple of people turned up as one was training an apprentice, and they managed this in no time, and configured it just the way I wanted. I would absolutely recommend this company wholeheartedly. Oh, and they also price matched the TV after a quick search online :)

Great service from a this local company. Helpful and very knowledgeable staff. Also the appliance we choose was at a competitive price and in stock and we we're able to collect it there and then, although they do deliver if you prefer. Will definitely consider them for future electrical purchases.

We visited here after Curry's. From the ridiculous to the sublime. At Curry's we were offered no help at all whilst we were looking at freezers for over quarter an hour.
At Adams and Jarret, Julian was unpushily there, giving us required information as well as making personal recommendations. He really knew his stuff and was so pleasant to speak to. What a relief to find out I'm not invisible! Strongly recommend this store based on the service we received.
