We purchased an Hotpoint cooker on Sunday afternoon it was delivered on Tuesday morning and old one taken away the communication was first class and the delivery lads were also first class I would highly recommend this company to anyone and I will if necessary purchase from them again it's very difficult noweredays to get a good service but kitchen economy was an excellent service and just to finish the cooker came well packed and is up and running and we are extremely happy with it I'm now looking forward to my dinner lol again thanks to all the team at KITCHEN ECONOMY 👍 Mr and Mrs Morgan from pengam

Very easy to deal with, great customer service from the owners, sales person and installers. would recommend and use again! even with a mistake on receiving an electric oven instead of gas it was easily resolved. 100% business

Initially it did not look promising. The delivery times 10am to 4pm on Tuesday and Thursday are so limited for working people at short notice. I live alone and work before to after those times so getting someone to my house was impossible.
Thankfully the driver and fitter were flexible with my arrival time and allowed me more than the no nonsense 30 minutes to get home from the Valleys! Both men were kind, helpful, friendly and efficient. Unlike the 'No, no, I don't know' responses from the shop itself

Can't fault the service I have experienced with Kitchen Economy. Ordered on line, easy website to use and payment no issues, value for money, delivery within 3 days. Delivered by extremely pleasant and professional staff who did not have an easy installation but were positive all the way through. Clean and tidy and took my old range away. Will definately use this company again. Thank you.
