Sam and the team have been amazing through our tropical fish keeping journey. They have given us fantastic advice when we started up and have continued to support us when we have issues. We really appreciate the amazing customer service they deliver at all times and have even helped us problem solve a house move. Continue the great job guys you go above and beyond!

Went yesterday we had a cloudy pond, they could of flogged us another expensive pond filter but no! Filter wool and cloudy pond treatment and this morning the pond is clear!! Thank you so much absolutely fabulous service the man in the shop was lovely and very helpful

Nice fish shop situated inside a garden centre. Had a good selection... Some I had not seen before. Some shrimp and crabs too. All looked healthy. Would be nice if it was a bit bigger though

I can't rate Maidenhead aquatics enough. The staff are very knowledgeable on all aspects of aquatics.
They have always gone above and beyond to help us out with any issues we have. ( We have had a few).
They are more than happy to help from setting up your tank to buying your fish. They offer advise on the most suitable fish for your tank size, recommending plants filters etc...
The fish are kept in impeccable conditions which is lovely to see. We personally wouldn't go anywhere else.

Great place for a first time fish keeper! Fantastic shop with friendly staff. I took my Special Needs class there to get a tank and fish for our classroom and the staff could not have been more welcoming! They gave the children their expert opinions on easy care fish, tank care, took time to talk to the children and answered all their questions. I would recommend heading to the the shop if you are looking to buy a tank for your child.

Good shop! Lovely selection of community freshwater fish and very beautiful marine species. However they do not stock any African Cichlids. Also staff knowledge is very poor from my experiance. I would recommend!
