Great place for corals and fish fantastic prices.

Absolutely amazing LFS, best coral selection in Kent by far. Brought my first marine tank through these guys, very helpful staff, had very little knowledge at the start and nothing is to much trouble even if I'm chewing Dan's ear off for 2 hours. :-)

Will not be going anywhere else Highly recommend to any one starting out in the hobby.

I dont normally leave reviews, but thought I would this time.

I went into the store today with my excited 7 year old daughter. Not only did the guy greet us, but also was interacting with my daughter. The first thing he asked was does she like Nemo... obviously a yes, and proceeded to show her the selection of clown fish they had.

He also showed us about how alive coral and enanenme (excuse spelling) was. And showed what happens when threatened.

I didnt purchase anything but was mainly enquiring for my starter tank. Again the guy was really helpful and answered all my questions. Offered some very attractive deals on some 2nd hand tanks fully set up. Basically he does this store for fun as it is his hobby with keeping marine fish.

If only more local fish shops were like this. I will definitely be visiting again.

Georgi is so passionate about the cabin. I wasn't sure what to expect when I visited but the shop is amazing and so is Georgi. His knowledge is endless and so very valuable. His first hand experience over the years means so much when you are just starting up a reef tank. He is the most helpful chap and has educated me in a very short space of time. The shop is so worth a visit. The two visits I made have been very pleasurable and my purchases are doing so well. Thank you for your time Georgi and I will be back for another coral very soon..

Absolutely blown away by the Coral Cabin, I can't recommend them enough! Even in the midst of refurbishment the selection was phenomenal and the stock very healthy. The owner is absolutely lovely, extremely knowledgeable, and 100% puts the care of the fish and corals and customer service ahead of profit. Very reasonably priced as well and an excellent selection of foods, supplements, equipment, even tanks.

What a find! This place is a treasure trove of the sea. A fantastic selection of corals and fish together with Georgi who is super friendly, honest and knowledgeable. I won't be going anywhere else now, you have a customer for life.

Ignore Steve's review people, having been a regular customer for nearly 5 years, supporting old owner and the new owner Georgi. I've been in the hobby for over 25 years and can whole heartily say he's doing amazing job and bringing back the Cabin to its former glory. He has only been in the new premises since the middle of 2021 and if you know about reef keeping you would know that its not a hobby or a business that can be rushed, all inhabitants are delicate and not to mention quite costly.

To establish a great foundation for a great marine shop it takes time, patience and a hefty budget. People should treasure any LFS that does still does marine, its an industry that has taken a massive hit over recent years leaving us with very few great shops left, business of this nature should be treasured and supported, not kicked in the knackers when your working your socks off to make something great for everyone.

Unfortunately some people are so short sighted and quickly just jump to posting negative reviews so easily, why do people not understand these reviews can have a negative effect on people businesses and livelihoods.

Why not ask the shop owner why the shop is not looking at its best, I'm sure within seconds an explanation would be offered and a negative review as such could be avoided.

Carry on doing what your doing Georgi, I'm sure at some point he will walk back in embarrassed that he didn't take the time get the big picture of the position of the shop at this moment in time.

Really not sure what everyone sees in this place!
Corals were in generally good condition, as was the very limited fish selection.

Coral selection was good, but no prices on anything makes it very frustrating, having to keep asking.

When I arrived, the shop was closed (contrary to the advertised opening hours) - I had to phone the owner and wait 15mins for him to arrive (with no apology!).

The shop was untidy and appeared very much like he'd only just moved in - not what I would expect from someone who has apparently been there for 18+ months!
