Big Blue Aquatics

Bought a few fish and again few died in less then 24 hours. I rang up the following day and spoke to someone who was not in when i bought them the day below i told him about the fish and said rudely to bring the fishs in and a sample of the water in the tank, if it the water i cant have them replaced. In future i will be going to the Radyr one as i never get any problems and very good customer service as they always explain if u ask a question.

Went here to look for a pond pump and some plants and Alicia (?) could not have been more helpful. She talked us through various options and explained a lot that we novice pond owners did not realise before. Will be back when we are ready for some fish!

They have quite a good selection of fish and products needed for use in aquariums and ponds and staff are helpful and polite

One of the smaller Maidenhead aquatics we have visited but by far the best for customer service.
The lady working there was very helpful and knowledgeable about the fish, the amount we needed and how to keep them healthy.
She didn’t rush us when we were choosing and even helped us pick the right add ons needed for our fish.
This will be the shop we go to from now on for our fish. 5* service!

The garden centre attached is also very good with offers and plenty of choice. It was quiet when we visited, which was nice as there was ample parking and plenty of room to look around. The staff were very friendly and all said hello.
There was a great selection of Christmas items at reasonable prices. Would recommend a visit if you are in the area.

Excellent aquarium shop. All sorts of accessories and a wide selection of fish and plants. Knowledgeable staff and a commitment to Happy and healthy conditions for the livestock

Has gone downhill in this aquarium strore the display tank was gone compared to earlier years when there was a huge tank full of monster fish. when it wasn't run by maidenhead it was the store to go to but not anymore. the staff I spoke too didn't seem knowledgeable in the slightest the tanks were way overstocked and I wouldn't visit again.

Very friendly, great variety of fish very knowledgeable.
