Went today for the first time, and it's a fantastic shop. Very welcoming Friendly staff. A lovely young lady helped us today and she walked around with a snake, so confident showing customers how calm the snake was, allowing you to hold if you wanted to. Amazing opportunity for people who wouldn't normally come in to contact with snakes. They also sell a wide variety of reptiles. Definitely be going back, my husband loved shopping for all our animals.

Love this place so much! It's like a free visit to the Sea Life center. So many species to discover. My son absolutely loved it and I discovered I love snakes! Absolutely worth a visit even just for a browse.
And customer service is above five stars. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and can't do enough for you absolutely the only place I'd go for aquatic creatures and accessories.

Really good selection of fish and reptiles, and incredibly helpful staff! Popped in a while ago looking for food for my very fussy gecko as the brand I normally used was getting pretty hard to find. I was directed towards the gecko food recommended one, and my gecko took to it straight away :) Staff are always happy to chat about anything and always talk to my toddler as well which he loves!

I took My 7 year old son to look at the tortoises etc and I have to say they were amazing , so helpful and informative ! Highly recommend !!

New shop is looking good and so much bigger than their old place, massive undertaking to get everything moved so people should wait before giving low ratings.

Passionate, knowledgeable & friendly staff. They really helped me put together not just a fish tank but a healthy ecosystem. Doesn’t matter if you are a complete beginner or very experienced, the staff are approachable & understand the welfare needs of the animals to guide you on your way.

A brilliant shop for exotics in my opinion. Very knowledgeable staff, very well priced, clearly have a passion and love for their animals. Got my Phiddipus Regius from there and before set her down was already eating even after cat journey. Staff are amazing, friendly, helpful and always willing to stock whatever you need be it domestic, aquatic or exotic
