Used Brunthan from EngDeBy for several party wall agreements for a tricky rear extension of a first floor flat. Brunthan handled the agreements really well and is well versed in the party wall act and is diligent to research any aspects which may arise. The fees are very competitive as well... would use his services again.

Brunthan came recommended and managed my planning approval process with ease, speed and efficiency. Brunthan kept me updated every stage of the way and rang to inform me approval had been granted well before I received notification, as he had been keeping an eye on it. The thing I appreciated the most was how responsive Brunthan was throughout. When he didn’t pick up (which was rare) he always returned my calls promptly or dropped a quick message to say he had received the vm and would get back asap. Completed a high spec wraparound extension. Excellent work from design & planning application to structural calculations. Top job and great communications. These guys were extremely patient when dealing with my many changes and offered great advice throughout. Highly recommend!
