BEWARE

Unfortunately we didn't read the online reviews for Hafod Planning Consultants before engaging him on our project.

If you receive the same level of service that we did you will get the following.

Incomplete applications, delays, difficulties in being able to contact him until he requires payment, then he's on the phone to you every 5 minutes.

After you pay him that's when the lies start & they are imaginative and difficult to disprove until you get through to the planners and realize you've been duped

Meetings that never took place, paperwork never completed. We have been ripped off to the tune of £2200 by Mr Gareth Rennie and unfortunately I don't believe we are the first and certainly won't be the last.

Don't part with a penny until you have all the paperwork. I still haven't received anything. I have issued proceedings with our solicitors to recover our losses.

DO NOT USE.

He did the same thing to me. Turned up and wanted £450 cash upfront. Promised the earth dardi dar!
12 months went by or more. I asked for my money back because nothing happened. "Im in Scotland. Send it Monday". Yeah, right!
I gave him more rope to hang himself. Told him l was going to apply for A CCJ against him and the business. He ignored that. After applying hemade no effort to deny it. After a month, l asked for a baliff to collect the money. He told the baliff he was going to fight the CCJ. He was told too late!
The baliff did not deal with my CCJ. He was issuing him with an eviction order from the mortgage company. I was happy to wait. His wife l believe didn't know about any of these debts! I received my first amount and the baliff went in again last week and has told the baliff he is going to make a payment. The original see ebt was £450 and now he has to pay an extra £500 for the CCJ, then the cost of the baliff. Plus on his business record and personal details. Can't imagine how else this would affect him.
Get your money back if he owes you!

Told us he was in consultation with planning and we could continue works, which later we found out that planning had no communication or contact with this company, currently looking to retrieve monies paid.
This company is a sham
