Never enjoyed this kind of museum which gave me super calm and nice experiences! Went to two exhibitions in a row, Constructivism and Picasso’s. The general structure of the centre is beautifully designed as bringing you more installations outside. (What a great arcitecture by Norman Foster) I deffo will visit again. Worth visiting!

Popped in for a pint of milk and loaf of bread, only to be told they were an art gallery - not a supermarket!
Seriously, an iconic building with a first rate art collection and world class exhibitions.
Set in a beautiful surrounding landscape with installed sculptures and lake.
Also has an excellent and reasonably priced restaurant.
Have visited many times, would recommend.

Visited as part of tour of UEA. Amazing collection, really loved it. Of course it features in one of the Marvel Avengers movies so if you ain't into high culture that is also a reason to visit. Also while you are there, checkout the 1960s brutality concrete architecture. Quite amazing. Apparently Listed. The "Terraces" are student accommodation and look v space age, even today.

Visited Picasso Exhibition. After a very enjoyable and affordable lunch went on the Sculpture Trail. This covered quite a large area taking us around the grounds, through the woods and along the Broad. The sculptures were varied and of all sizes using many different materials. There was even a Gormley figure on top of a building!

Historical artifacts, modern art and a nice café too. Tours are on offer, ideal if you'd like to learn more about the items on display. Pieces have details on what they are but sometimes I'd like to know more so ask if there's a guide books?!

Excellent sculpture park and gallery. The gallery itself is an architectural icon and set in the distinctive UEA campus. Lovely space inside. The main collection and sculpture park are free.

Eclectic selection and a mixture of ethnographic bits and bobs and c20 art with some interesting Francis Bacon and Giocometti works.

Exhibitions on mezzanine are charged and a bit pricey in my view.

The restaurant is a great space next to the full height glazing at one end of the building. A bit pricey but very good quality and I enjoyed my lunch. There is also a little cafe as well.

Parking was easy and close by but it wasn't term time or busy so may not always be like that. Good wheelchair accessibility inside and very helpful staff. Sculpture Park less accessible with some step sections, bunpy paths etc.

Plenty of clean loos.

Would recommend it.
