I’ve visited the museum three times now, photos are of my most recent visit the 1930s Night and Day exhibit. It’s a lovely layout and always well presented. Staff are friendly and the ticket prices are reasonable for the exhibit.
Only issue is the cloak room isn’t monitored so I do fear putting my coat in there if it’s an expensive one. Other than that a great place to spend an afternoon or evening, love the complimentary wine on some of my visits.

I have mixed feelings about the exhibition about Zandra Rhodes. I feel there is room for improvement in terms of what is displayed and how it is displayed, how things were lit.. I liked the interview with her and her sketchbook on display, along with photos of the print-making process she does. Wish there was more of her at work and in the process.. because that’s so interesting to me. Anyway I liked it. I’m sure someone who works or studies in the lines of fashion and design would love it or enjoy it more.

Really enjoyed looking at the textiles and embroidery on display. So wonderful to know that the embroidery and textile arts are alive and well at this museum and school.

Visited this lovely musuem to see the 150 years of the Royal school of needlework exhibition.

It was laid out well and had a nice flow. There were some beautiful pieces including coronation gowns and student artwork. It has an interesting history of which I didn't know. The is a small shop with some lovely items in. A visit for any budding student or craft worker

Went to see an exhibition about 60s boutiques and their impact on the counter culture. Some interesting facts but not curated that brilliantly and the clothes were quite disappointing. Not as dazzling by any means as the exhibition photo. The best thing was the projections upstairs of 60s news articles and magazine covers.

Incredible museum to visit in London if you love fashion. Incredible exhibitions that change frequently. Beautifully curated collections

Nice exhibit space - well laid out, well lit, very informative info-panels. I went to the ‘60s fashion exhibit which I loved ! And for bonus points it’s in a great neighbourhood and only a couple of steps from London Bridge Station.

Space architecture (and size) and exhibition were both a bit disappointing. Fassett exhibition is about 30 pieces that did not evoke anything in me, as per its own description not necessarily made by professionals. Do not recommend

Personnel were kind and professional at all times.
