Fast, friendly service. Great range of hard to get fresh food supplies and loads of tins, packaged goods, jars and bottles on the shelves. Reasonable prices.

Read this carefully if you are thinking of ordering online.

I had a very poor experience and had to file a Retail Dispute Claim from my bank, I paid with my bank debit card.

I placed order on Nov 29 and expected delivery either on Dec 1 or Dec 4. When this didn't happened, I contacted the seller, via 2 emails, contact form, live chat, landline and mobile, sadly, all contacts were ignored with no response, I even left a message on the mobile.

On Dec 6, I filed a Retail Dispute Claim with RBS, and a few hours later, the seller called me and confirmed order will arrive the next day Dec 7 between 18:00-21:00hr. He did not apologise, he claimed that there was IT issue, hence the lack of response and was not even aware of my order. At this point, I had no idea whether the seller was aware of the Retail Dispute Claim I had initiated.

Dec 7 afternoon, I received email from RBS stating that a refund has been temporarily issued.

Dec 7, at 20:45, 15 minutes before the end of the delivery time slot, I received a text that delivery will be delayed until next day. When I texted back to express my anger about such a late notice, seller claimed the delivery van had broken down.

I did finally receive my delivery on Dec 9, thereafter, I contacted my bank and learned that Seller was aware of my raised claim on the same day that I had submitted my case. I was told that the refund issued by RBS will be debited again once the seller proves to the bank that the goods are delivered.

So there you go, you've been warned. I won't be shopping there again, the experience was stressful and time wasting.

good online delivery service, friendly communication. Received srilankan grocery, fresh meat, fish and the vegetables fresh too. But the price marked items charged extra and the frozen fish labels taken out.
