Great. Excellent customer service

Too many people on the job in Pontcanna, most of them are just sitting around on the big plastic bollards and are really obnoxious. I am pregnant and they are right outside my place of work causing a huge disruption with heavy machinery, dust and debris and I have to park 10 minutes away from work. I did ask the pillock holding the stop/go sign if there was anywhere to park. He responded with 'Now that I couldn't tell you' So helpful!

Disappointing. Weeds coming through after about a year. Tried to contact - they did not bother getting back...... too busy to give us a call. Eventually, after 3 years, had letter saying:
'not our problem - in small print of quotation, it stated that any weeds was not their responsibility.'
Despite asking the on-site team , we were told that there was noo need for any treatment before laying the tar - 'nothing will come through'!
Had several tarring jobs from other companies in years gone by - no weeds at all and finish looking much better!

Excellent service, lovely job done - tidy and professional. Great staff showed respect .
