It was a tidy hotel with free parking space as well. The staff were polite and not afraid to help. The included breakfast was amazing as it had a lot of choice. The room itself, in my case, was spacious with a double bed, private bathroom, desk with a chair, tv, wardrobe, and free tea/coffee that get replenished every day. It was pretty sound proof as well. Outstanding!

This quaint hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the Ilford TFL (rail) station, and Ilford station is only 15 minutes to Liverpool Street Station. The cost of fare is rather nominal as well making this really affordable place, stay affordable as well as easy to get to. The first thing you notice as you walk through the doors here is the fantastic staff who are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and quickly get you sorted away. The room was a bit cramped, although we booked a triple (a queen and a twin), but suited our use easily, leaving enough room to walk around in, and still pack away all our things. The room has a modern, bright style, with light furnishings, floral drapes, and the common white bed set with grey foot blankets. The bathroom is incredibly small, and I feel that some people might have troubles maneuvering around, getting dressed, or showering. The beds were pretty hard. Sleeping on the twin, my joints ached from laying on it for just a few hours, the bed not giving way to my shoulders or hips. If you are a side sleeper, this bed will not accommodate you.

Very clean and newly decorated room. Highly recommend. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay here again. Only downside we are on the ground floor so can hear everything.

Very good service, I stayed here for 11 days. Worth your money staying there. Employees are so kind and even the owner is very good person. Few negatives like no iron box, washing machine and kitchen section in the rooms. Complimentary breakfast is of very limited options.

Greater with a smile and given all 5he regular check in talk. For the price this place was great, decent size room, comfy bed and clean throughout.

* Note * take £30 cash with you as you have to give a deposit for the key, if you don't have the cash (as I didn't) you can use your card, but it will take a few days for the money to go back on

Very nice budget hotel in a quiet residential area. Rooms are a bit small however it should be fine as long as you are not travelling with kids. No complaints in terms of service provided. Breakfast was decent enough. For Lunch/Dinner, you just need to walk for 2 minutes to get to Cranbrook road where you have multiple restaurant options. Very convenient location to avail public transport as well for both buses and trains. Ilford station (TFL) is 5 minutes walk which connects you to Liverpool Street station in about 20 minutes.

I stayed here for approx 2-3 days.
I truly enjoyed the stay. Good staff, nice room.
The breakfast was not really for me, not a wide assortment to choose from. But that doesn't matter. I was eating out anyway. I enjoyed the service because they were very helpful. I had a kid with me and they were understanding and accomodating.
