A very friendly, professional and experienced sales and support team. The team at HR Owen made me very comfortable with the purchase of a used V8 Vantage; from the first contact, through a tour of the Gaydon factory, excellent test drive to the final handover day. These cars are sophisticated pieces of engineering and a knowledgeable adviser is essential. A great moment when I picked up the car and overall an enjoyable experience throughout. The flowers for Sarah capped a memorable day. I will be using HR Owen again when I upgrade to a new model.

Curate's egg - some parts of the customer service ware excellent but lack of attention to detail, especially in the presentation of the vehicle, disappointed me in what should have been a joyous experience, acquiring my first Aston Martin. I hope to have reason to amend this review more favourably in light of what i have said to Aston Martin, Cheltenham.

We turned up with no advanced booking to enquire about servicing and vehicles and we were met by the most friendly team of enthusiastic people I have ever met in a dealership selling quality cars. If you are interested in a new or quality used Aston Martin I would highly recommend.

We turned up without an appointment just to take a look around some of the cars, during the covid pandemic (not at the height, when we were allowed out). The sales man was very helpful and friendly, he spent some considerable time talking through the cars with us and showing us the ones we were interested in. Will return to this dealership over the Bristol one much friendly.

Dealt with Ben when buying my first Aston Martin which I'm delighted with, had the car delivered which happened on time and handed over very professionally.

Excellent from start to finish.
I bought a car from an independent dealer and on collection it developed some issues. Dealer said take to Aston Martin Cheltenham to resolve. Spoke to servicing (Carter) who was polite, professional and very helpful. He communicated superbly with the dealer and myself: clear about the car's issues, accurate on timelines, and responded quickly to queries. It was possibly quite tricky for Carter dealing with both the dealer and myself but he handled it all with honesty, tact and diplomacy. I picked the car up and it now runs beautifully. Highly recommended.

In the middle of lockdown I had a problem with starting my lovely Vantage V12 Manual. I got in touch with HR Owen mainly Neil Hirshfield and got superb service. The car was picked up from me (120 miles return) and nothing was too much trouble, I was able to speak to Joe a technician again very helpful. The car was returned clean, looking as good as new so really good service and not at a bad price. Well done all at HR Owen Cheltenham
