Rude auctioneer, complete crooks trying to hind behind a seemingly innocent front! Do not pay for anything until they have let you see it or test it, they will protest but they have nothing to threaten you with! money claim courts will throw them out.
Do NOT leave your possessions to these crooks they take over 50% of your items worth (Buyers & Sellers commissions) returning little to your beneficiary's.
Avoid

Very unprofessional.
This company is are only interested in ripping off people who purchase items at auction from them.
They refuse to adhere to the law of the land and withhold goods that he been paid for in full !!!
DO NOT RISK IT.

House clearance service regards my mothers house was excellent. Charles liaised with estate agents to get access and do a survey, provided quote and agreed date with 2 teams so that it could be done in a single day, as I had to travel a long way.
House completely cleared and left ready for new occupants by helpful and friendly removers.
The items put into the next general sale covered the cost of the clearance, after commissions etc. with a little over.
Highly recommended.

We couldn’t believe that no one was there today, Thursday, when usually (before Covid Closure) it was heaving every Thursday Auction Day.
The gates were open, some doors were open, signs still referred to Covid measures, but no one at all was there on site or inside
What is Horners doing? All on-line now.
Sadly very disappointing now that we’ve emerged unscathed from the pandemic.

Went to collect an item I had purchased for £600.
Asked if I could use the loo, and was told there’s a Co’op down the road.
Quite disgraceful.

Excellent auctioneers, very helpful when collecting. Some listings could do with more detail if bidding online and viewing is definitely advised.

Easy to find, 10 mins walk from Acle station, friendly helpful staff, and easy to deal with.

Travelled up from London to collect some auction items and had a nice long chat with the lovely girl in the auction store. That alone was worth visiting for! Would certainly use them again.
