I phoned 25+ surveryors around Bristol to find the best price, along with the quickest date. Maggs and Allen were so friendly, and were the best price I could find and gave me a date 2 weeks later. The survey was completed on a Monday and the survey was in my inbox by Wednesday afternoon! I read a lot of reviews from other surveyors saying it took weeks to get their survey sent to them - not Maggs and Allen! Five stars, will definitely use again in the future if we need to.

Maggs and Allen looked after me with the auction of our HMO property in Cotham, Bristol from start to finish in a very professional and helpful manner. I was guided through the whole process and Anna did an excellent job not only right through the process, but especially at the auction itself. Following the death of my husband I really felt looked after, which was exactly what I needed. Used them for the first time to let a commercial property. I am a remote landlord. They gave a good quote, were happy to give out more information than other agents (for free before I instructed them), once instructed were prompt in keeping me up to date, and did a good job in liaising between me, the tenant, and the solicitors.
