I have sold twice at this auction house and have found them to be friendly and efficient. There was a very easy drop off at the Guildford showroom, all my items were accepted, sold and payment has now been made on my first batch of items. I would definately use them again.

Bids see confirmed from a bidders perspective but they have a tendency to go into a black hole. The first time this happened I thought it was a blip bit it happened today for the third time. I won a john lewis tenor music system but the cd player has kept hold of the first disc I put in, I was bidding on a second tenor to use the cd mechanism but yet again my bid despite being told when i verified mh bid vby inputting the same bid twice, it happily told me I had already left a bid of that amount do happily I relaxed in thr hope of winning and when I saw it sold for less than my max bid I assumed I had won. One of the best if not the best auction house in the UK. Their lots are always high quality items and their prices are pretty much unbeatable. Fast delivery and great customer service. I've spoken to them on the phone few times and I always get this friendly vibe from them. Definitely recommend, I've spend thousand of pounds with them in the span of few months and the value they provide is unmatched

Whilst Wellers' customer service and the way they handle their auctions is very good and worthy of a 4 star, I've had to drop them a star due to, in my opinion, poor listing details. A couple of times I've purchased damaged and faulty items that were clearly damaged and faulty, yet this wasn't mentioned in the online listing. I've literally just had to throw away a heated airer because it is beyond repair; not electrical, the top tier is hanging off and wires are exposed. Not exactly an issue anyone could miss and I feel slighted that I had to purchase it.

Absolutely amazing Auction house to find bargain items. There online bidding system is smooth and not so difficult to understand. Anyone can bid if they want but I warn not to over bid (just a friendly tip). Staffs are very helpful and polite. Shout out to Becky and Jo for aiding me and hundreds of other bidders.

Parcel delivery service works perfectly fine too however payment system can be improved for easier and faster transaction.

All in all one of the best houses for auction.

I frequently purchase products from there, and often end up bidding on items I originally had no intention of buying as the hammer prices are often so low that I can't help myself!

Arranging collection is easy, and the items are always there ready for me at the stated time.
