Purchased a property through the auction with them. Very poor communication. They didnt have all the keys or information to the property. Internally they are exceptionally weak with department's not updating records or speaking to each other. They kept chasing our tenants for rental payments even though they were no longer managing the property and we still haven't been transferred the tenants deposits.
