WILL NEVER USE AGAIN! Weights of items were far from as described. maybe you should buy better scales? should report really.. postage was over priced £15.00 Charge for £4.55 cost. ??? three small lots...?? and not posted on stated day! so do i stay in? or miss? called and could not say when? I would get did not have tracking? ... cannot recommend...sent £220+ via signed for.... only £30 insurance? Charged for special delivery? No one likes being screwed over!!

A bit of a Mickey Mouse operation. Auctioneer misses bids, says wrong lot numbers etc. The internet auction side drags things down, frequent late bids and auction have to continue after the hammer falls.

The staff on the rostrum are not very good, but the office staff are very pleasant and efficient.

Overall, its quite cramped, especially with the seating in the walkways. There is a lot of stuff, but a significant part of it looks like it is left over items from bootsales.

My advice would be to get a new auctioneer, get a better PA system and be a bit more selective on what lots you accept for auction.

Having only recently having my first experience buying from an auction house. I found the process super easy, from registering online, paying for the items and collecting the goods. Staff were really helpful onsite and made my first experience so easy and enjoyable. Needless to say, I have been back monthly since!! If you haven't had a look yet, check these guys out there are many bargains to be had 👍

Shaun has been promising my wife for weeks he could help with a house breakup, constantly been fobbed off at a very stressful time. Would have a lot more respect for a business if they were honest from the first conversation that they weren't interested. We feel disappointed to be treated with such contempt.

The most dishonest action house I’ve ever used, item’s description was totally wrong ( gold coin ) when contacted them the response was as follows
We make everybody aware at the start of the auction our descriptions might not be correct ??? so it’s your fault????
Is it my problem as the buyer that i believed in what was being described??? so in their eyes by describing a gold coin as a sovereign, Ducat or whatever & finding out it’s an old piece of junk that’s my fault as the buyer ?? taking the matter further & would say to everyone stay clear.
