Avoid purchasing items on this auction web.
I have purchased few times, what I 've received were broken items, fake items and had couple of items missing.customer service is absolutely rubbish they are very rude and not responsible at all.
Complaind about broken items they are said we offer viewing items and you didn't attend it.the question is why they put on items photos on auction but not broken side of items also they don't describe items as they are. They are scammers.

Excellent prices if you want the item and know what you are doing. In my case all items have been fine and only box damage - but watch out for actual damage in photos. 25% buyers premium plus 20% vat and high delivery increases bid price substantially BUt a bargain can still be had if u are careful. I had a perfect swimming pool for 10% of cost on Amazon.

Under no circumstances should anyone purchase from here without thoroughly examining and testing the item. Once you have purchased you are totally on your own whatever the circumstances. Staff are are unhelpful and totally uncompromising. Please be warned, not good to deal with.

DO Not buy from here if you want to waste your money.
Went to viewing on the Monday, checked that everything was in box.
Won bid, went back up to Port Talbot for 2nd time to collect hot tub
Next day hot tub had deflated.
John Pye didn’t want to know, told them we had been to viewing, they said they would have to find us on CCTV, how I don’t know as they don’t know what we look like!
Needless to say we didn’t get our money back….will never buy from them again and would never advise anyone else to either.

Bought a hoover that was described as ex-display /return from high street stores. It didn’t even turn on when it arrived so was completely unusable. Customer service was a joke. Don’t buy unless you can thoroughly inspect every item before hand.

Absolute cowboys. Lot was sold as second/return /bankrupt stock. In fact what I got was an airfryer that was so heavily used it was full of rust and now unusable. An airfryer with so much damage the cables were exposed and it would not switch on and a well used frying pan. Asked to return items but was basically told tough luck as I hadn't visited the viewing. But who in reality can attend a viewing for 2 hours on Monday morning when they have a full time job. Bought on faith that the items were as described and looked their advertised pictures. Couldn't have been more wrong, so that is £70 down the drain and two airfryer off to the tip. Lesson learnt and will never use John Pye again.

Good prices on some thing's.

Where this business is let down on the collection phase.

Booked online to collect and spent two hours standing outside waiting for a small cabinet and a rug while other people seemed to jump the queue and get there stuff before me despite their booked collection times being after mine.

Definitely not worth the 25% buyers premium.

Good on most things , but DO NOT buy anything electrical from them, I bought 2 x smartwatches, a bissall vacuum cleaner, car headlamp ( pic taken from a clever angle , big hole in it) and lots of other electrical items £200+ that were new, and they didn't work at all or died within minutes.

Great staff at S Wales branch tho .
