Fault Finders

I rang for some advice for my faulty TV. Very friendly and honest. They gave me sound and valuable free advice unlike some other guy who rubbished everything I said and just tried to squeeze some money out of me.

TV repair required under Guarantee from Costco who used this company for the repair. Phoned next day and picked up TV, said it would probably be a week.Few days later phoned to say TV was ready and would be delivered back next day. It was delivered at appointed time and repair very satisfactory. The service was excellent and friendly by the person who took and delivered the TV and on the phone. I notice from the van that they do all sorts of electrical domestic appliance r repair and I would recommend them for any such requirement. I would certainly use them myself if needed in the future

Terrible customer service guy came to my house to fix a bluetooth issue on my tv which has insurance full comp, we play around abit get the tv to and the soundbar to connect but wont play sound so he then tells me its the speaker that dont work at which point i put it on the optical cable and it was working then he said it doesn't work wirelessly. I told him I've been using it with my phone but now after we got it to sync with tv i can't connect with my phone, doubts me again tells I'm pretty much making it up. Long story short couldn't be asked, called me a liar and left with the issue unsolved and now my soundbar dont work.

Very helpful gentleman. Took my hard drive enclosure and diagnosed the issue immediately. Fixed and resolved within 10 minutes. Brilliant.
