had a great experience the first time when they sent a defective product, they instantly replaced it etc. Once your their customer they change or dont follow up and in some cases ignore emails. The salesman there uses pushy tactics when trying to sell something. I tried to get a refund for something and they decided to then tell me they charge restock fees.
