Blue Aran

I bought a replacement driver for my speaker. When it arrived but I was not home to fit it so somebody fitted it for me. The where not really noticing that the driver replacement basket was all ready deformed. So after taking it out one night it blew this was due to thermal falter because there was a limited airflow. So we took it out and sent it back to Blue Aran where they gave terrible customer service. This is an issue which them and there delivery service need to sort out.

Terrible communication and turn around times.
Delivered an amp to be repaired in Nov 2018. After countless calls and visits to their shop, no one seems to be able to give an accurate update on the amps condition or and good reason why it still hasn't been repaired.
The staff continuously note down our contact details and say someone will contact you shortly, yet no on does. This has been happening once a week, every week since mid Dec.
We had planned to open a new venue 2 weeks ago, but this has been delayed due to waiting for the amp or a replacement. Completely unacceptable! :(

Have had many large orderes from blue Aran always at the best prices and they usually have everything you would ever need in stock, if not they order it in asap. Also very nice people.

This company stocks a wide range of products. The items I ordered were dispatched promptly despite the coronavirus, and despite the fact that they weren't even in stock at the time of purchase. They were the only place in the UK that stocked the specific items I needed (a pair of tweeters), and they were packaged very safely. I am very impressed with the website, the range of stock, and their over-all service. I will definitely be using them again, and would recomend them to everyone. 10/10 Big up to Blue Aran. Absolute disaster. Tried to order an item, paid for it using Paypal like any other webshop. Item was paid for, but they refused my order because of a 1 number difference in my shipping address vs the address Paypal had automatically generated. Apparently they see this as an issue. After mailing me and enquiring about the right address, I confirmed the address I filed in the shipping info was the correct one. Despite that, Andy thought it should be labeled as fraud and then cancelled my order. Go figure...

About your response: after mailing and asking about the correct address, you asked me "is there any reason why your paypal address isn't your correct address?" I did indeed answer: "no idea". Because I never experienced it being an issue. By the way, how can you be scammed, or label me as fraudulent, when you received my payment?

I have used Blue Aran for a number of years now and they have always proved to be very good at what they do, but I'm writing this review now, because during the Covid pandemic, their service has been exceptional with very fast turn around times. 5 stars all the way.
