Zouch Audio

I first started buying hifi products from Zouch Audio when I moved to Ashby de la Zouch in 2008. At the time Mike Statham and Kieran Pickaver ran the shop and I soon established a great rapport with them as they provided great advice on building my system. Lee Sedgwick later joined the team and has continued this excellent service for me. In 2015, I moved 42 miles to Staffordshire but still turn to Zouch Audio as my first point of call for upgrades to my system and regular servicing of my turntable. When I recently had a problem with my DAC, Lee and Kieran (the latter now working for distributors Henley Audio) made 3 visits to my home to try and resolve the issue and ultimately traced the fault to my CD player which I had bought elsewhere! I have no hesitation in recommending Zouch Audio to any audiophile for their excellent choice of products, superb service and one of the best listening rooms you're likely to find!

Great service and shopping experience from Zouch Audio. I have ordered both the DAC and amplifier with Lee directly, and he has been responsive and the delivery speed is very impressive. Definitely recommend.
