Highly Recommended. Luke, Simon and the team at Sevenoaks Sound and Vision are unfailingly informative and supportive of helping you to select the right gear for your needs. I spent a few hours in their demo room trying out amp & speaker combos and they made me feel as if I was at home. A big difference you will notice is that they are very selective about what they sell which means they understand the gear they are talking about compared to a retailer who is just basically moving boxes. when you are spending thousands of pounds on hifi or AV gear I would recommend trying the more personal and expert approach they offer.

Luke and Ray his colleague were stupendous, I bought an LG 65E6 and suggested a few things I'd like to have done in and around my Panasonic P50VT30B to the bedroom wall. They were a great pair and they come very highly recommended for there "do it" attitude and hovering up as the install went along.
Update end of November, again excellent the service was good and I bought more hifi equipment because of the excellent service.

Terrific service from SS&V Kingston. I bought an SACD player online and it was provided by the Kingston branch. The purchase and delivery experience had been great.
However, I had issues with the functionality of the SACD player due to the firmware, but when I downloaded an update that would fix it, it would not install. The manufacturer US holding company was no use at all.
However, when I contacted SS&V for assistance, the manager at Kingston was fabulous. He did everything to assist me and fortunately had a contact at the UK manufacturers. A solution was provided very quickly that resolved the issues I had.
He kept in touch with me though out the process.
I have nothing but praise for him and Sevenoaks Sound and Vision for their first class after sales customer service.

Sort advice from SSV Kingston re: upgrading an aging surround sound amplifier. After some initial research online, I visited the store to discuss the benefits of different replacement amplifiers. Luke and his team were very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me finalise my choice. My new Denon AVC-X4700H Amplifier is now up and running perfectly, but I know if I have any problems in the future SSV Kingston will be there to help me resolve them.

I spent the best part of an hour looking for a sound system for my projector at Sevenoaks in Kingston. The gentleman who served me (Udhey) took all the time in the world and showed me what would best suit my needs, even thought I told him I was not in a position to purchase anything immediately.... Have visited a number of times and found these guys have a seemingly insider's knowledge of not just the products on their shelves but the industry they inhabit. I have gotten the cold shoulder and hard sell from other retailers, but these guys will only give you what you want/need to get your best system up and running.

Had been wanting some speakers so went into the Kingston Sevenoaks Branch to have a look around and get some information. The staff were exceptional. They had outstanding knowledge and provided advice with nothing being too much trouble. The team know their products and their customer service was outstanding. Certainly advocates buying equipment from a shop which is an authorised dealer for their merchandise. You know what you are buying, can make a calculated judgment based on expert advice and have a point of reference for ongoing queries should they arise. Am very happy with my purchase. Glad I didn’t buy online and got to speak to knowledgable people before making my purchase. I had thought that good customer service and staff that know their products was a dying entity. So pleased I was proved wrong. Thanks Udhey and Luke for all your help.

I have bought many items from the Kingston branch and always had good service. This time they were exceptional in helping to completely resolve a problem between two separate components. Many thanks to Luke for the assistance.
