Fantastic. Got great advice on upgrading my home cinema speakers, really understood what I was wanting to do. Got a great deal, cheaper than anywhere I had seen, was so happy I also walked out of the shop with a turntable! Cannot recommend highly enough, price, service, range and communication all top notch.

SSAV Epsom were quite simply head and shoulders above several other hifi stores I have visited over the years. Rob at Epsom was hugely helpful, clearly knowledgable, provided a highly personalised advice that was considerate of my requirements and budget. Had great attention to detail and that applied too to accessories like interconnects and speaker cable.

Central to my experience, Rob was incredibly patient and accommodating, spent time debating and weighing up pros and cons on different equipment options and combinations, and even helped with installation for a reasonable fee. It is clear Rob has a passion and real interest for what he does, and this translates into the manner in which he interacted and treated me as a customer.

Unhesitant recommendation and really pleased to be able to support a high street shop when the temptation these days is to order online. I will be back even though this store is out of area for me. Thank you again!

These guys @ Sevenoaks, Epsom are a fab team. I dealt with Rob who is very friendly, knowledgeable and visited our new built property promptly. He then gave me great ideas with various options of equipments for our cinema room. Rob then delivered all the stuff as promised and then came in Nigel, the installer.

Nigel is a thorough professional who works very hard, does a very clean job and is a fantastic guy who has completed our job efficiently as promised. He and Rob fine tuned all the video and audio to give us an amazing sound and fantastic video quality cinema to enjoy entertainment and sports.

I have fond memories of going here with my dad when it first opened to not only get my first hifi (marantz amp, cd player and KEF speakers) but also to renew his one later on. It is good to know the level of service I remember has not changed. I went in interested in upgrading my turntable. Rob assisted in recommending one in my budget and arranged a day for me to listen to it. I arrived with my speakers and amp. During trialing it we released my amp was broken. No issue at all as a spare amp was provided for me to use. What made it even better was they arranged for a local company to fix it and leant me a spare amp in the meantime. Needless to say the turntable was perfect for me in terms of price and sound. However, when I set it up it was not outputting the sound properly. After a few emails to try and determine issue I brought it in and it was swapped with a new one with no hesitation. Enjoyable experience from start to finish with 5 star level of service provided to me. Cannot praise the project debut carbon evo and SSAV Epsom any higher.
