Music Gear Direct

I have been a customer of Music gear direct for quite a few years now.
I recently purchased a pair of EV evolve 50's which i really love. I didn't have the full amount, but i had the best part of the funds. They let me take them away, and i left my old speakers for them to try and sell for me. I eventually got a buyer myself for my old speakers, and i subsequently paid the remaining amount for the new ones. They didn't charge me any extra for effectively storing my old speakers. I don't think there's any other store around that will let you do that. Maybe they did it for me because they know me, but even so it was a really nice gesture.
I don't feel like a customer when i go down there, it's just like going to visit mates. I also make myself a coffee whenever i go down there.

6 weeks awaiting a repair on a speaker. Me doing all the chasing..... No updates from the shop. Finally get the speaker back and it doesn't work. The repair they took so long to do because of so called delays in getting parts hasn't even been done and I'm charged 30 pounds for the privilege plus all my time and costs to me driving back and forth and calling them. A bunch of amateurs! Shocking unprofessional service. DO NOT Use!!!

Always helpful and friendly service when you drop in needing something. My go-to place for all things PA.

We also commissioned Music Gear Direct to design and provide a PA installation for one of our church buildings. A good system was designed, competitively priced and delivered quickly that gives a much clearer sound than anything that we had before.

Had our new audi system fitted for The Old Horse pub Leicester and couldnt praise them enough, professional and very helpful throught the job, would highly recommend and will certainly use them again for all our audio needs.

Really friendly & helpful, can't fault them! Came away with a pair of great PA speakers & some lights, very happy. Nice cup of tea too! Thanks guys 👍😀

What can I say but, Simply The Best!

I have never had such amazing help with a music shop before, my hole saga of finding the right PA Speaker's for myself was treated with complete expertise, advice, help, and respect.

Richard & his colleagues bent over backwards to be sure I had the best all round service and nothing was too much trouble for all my fussiness.
