My TYT-MD2017 "Bricked" one more morning on power up, in password lock mode, making the radio unusable. Absolutely fantastic service for such a small part that I required for my Retevis hand held radio. Callum personally responded to my messages even after hours and swiftly put right a mistake I had made on shipping costs at checkout by refunding me almost immediately.

I found Communic8 on a google search when I wanted to update the software on my Tytera radio, I sent a request to them as I couldn't get the radio to talk to my laptop or so I thought. Callum emailed back within a day with a suggestion and then to further to my queries. Which resolved my problem. I have to say it is nice to have such a customer based company even though I had not bought my radio from them. Please keep up this excellent service.
