Great service! Even though I didn't purchase from them Callum assisted in correcting an issue that required specific software. (MD-380 replacement screen presented everything upside down) Using the tool Callum forwarded, I was able to correct the display and all is well. Thank you Callum!!

Hello everyone! I needed some spare parts for two of my Tytera devices, MD380 and MDUV380. My research on the net led me to this wonderful and efficient company. The team at Communic8 provided the sound setup for my wedding - I cannot recommend them highly enough!

They promptly installed and setup the PA system, lighting, microphones on the morning of the wedding and then collected everything once it was over. They were so efficient at this that I didn't even see them! It was so nice not to have to worry about this element of the wedding planning. I had so many other things to worry over but the professionals at Communic8 were excellent and totally put my mind at ease.

My ageing (3yr old) Tytera MD-380 has seen a lot of action and has suffered as a result. The problem with this otherwise great piece of radio equipment turned out to be the battery release clip. Due to my careless handling (non-handing really because I was forever knocking it off the desk and on to the hard floor) the rear cover developed cracks which eventually resulted in the battery falling off and having to be held in with black PVC tape. Fortuately my web searches let me to the Communic8 site and discussing the issue with Callum. He was able to supply a replacement rear cover assembly for the MD-380 and it is now as good as new again. I'm going to try hard to treat the radio with the respect it deserves but I now know where to go for excellent service and any future purchases. 73 de G3SNA

Callum was really helpful! Great information and help throughout the whole process! These guys provided the PA system for my brothers wedding in a marquee @ Tenby harbour, the service was second to none! Great sounding equipment very informative and all at a fantastic price!!!!! WELL RECOMMENDED!!!
