Mark was very professional, he came out the following day after initial contact and stuck to social distancing guidelines, diagnosed the leaks on my condenser and explained it was a very common fault on my vehicle. He came back today to carry out the repairs for me at my home and I now have lovely ice cold air conditioning again!. Prices for the diagnosis and work seemed very reasonable and I'm sure much less expensive than a dealership would have charged. I will not hesitate to recommend or use Mark again in the future. Contacted Mark to examine the faulty Air Con on my Golf GTD. He returned my call promptly and listened to the issue I had. No compressor engagement or cooling fans operating. Called the next day by appointment at my home and immediately started to examine my system. Having been repairing Air Conditioning for the past 15 years he was well versed with the potential issues of the VW Golf system. He thoroughly examined the system for leaks undertaking a pressure and vacuum test. It was fortunately leak free. Having cleaned out the old refrigerant he recharged my system with the appropriate amount of gas. He then checked that the car was cooling efficiently which it was.

Excellent service came to us within an hour of calling, diagnosed and explained the problem and ordered the parts, returned a few days later and fitted a new condenser, all on our drive, for a reasonable price. Nice people and really good service.

My car AC had stopped cooling and my local garage hadn’t been able to find the problem. I called Mark and he came out that same day! Mark is friendly, professional and extremely good at what he does. He diagnosed the problem quickly and even took the time to make sure he showed me the area of damage, so I could see it for myself. I called Mark back a few days later and booked him in for the repair. He returned as planned and completed the repair in the pouring rain, what a man! I now have icy cold air conditioning and wish I’d never bothered with my local garage. Exceptional service from an expert in his field, and all in the convenience of my driveway!

Markel was called to regas my car. He stated there was a leak around condenser which needed replacing. He quoted me £420 but I looked around. Took it to Kwik fit for check for leaks. Kwik fit regassed it and detected no leaks. Air con is fine. Prior to this alfords had check it and gauge was showing in red zone (this is correct if it had no gas). Goes to show how with covid ppl are conning others to get money. It's not nice.

100% recommended! My cars air-con packed up after having a re-gas at a garage. Mark came out, (luckily on a day he was available) and diagnosed quite cleverly, the leak in the condenser. Mike ordered in a new condenser for me and installed it a few days later, which also included a full re-gas! Would highly recommend, very friendly & helpful 😁

Very good service pressure test & regas all done at your home and what’s more he turned up bang on time !!

Had a problem with my A/C and suspected it was something bigger because all the local shops couldn't work out the problem.
Called Mark to come have a look at it and within a couple of weeks he had diagnosed it to a faulty compressor, given me the quote to replace it, and come and very quickly replaced and re gassed the system and has been working great ever since.

Price is good, service is quick, and he's a trustworthy knowledgeable local tradesman that I will use again to regas my aircon in my car/s.
