I've booked my Subaru a week ago for wheel alignment. When I went today to pick it to they said they can't do it.
Furthermore, my steering wheel and seat were adjusted and not moved to the previous position and my seat, steering wheel and armrest were dirty with something black.

If they are not competent enough or equipped enough to do such a trivial procedure I really wouldn't trust them for anything else.

I don't understand how they managed to make my car dirty even though they haven't done any work on it. Imagine if they have to actually spent some time on it.

Better go to one of their national competitors.

Awful experience, very dishonest. Would never recommend. This garage does not even deserve one star. Problems with brakes soon after MOT. They do not answer the phone. I returned a couple of weeks later and told I needed new brake pads and discs (£306). Issue persisted so I took my vehicle to the Mazda garage and they told me the brake pads fitted by F1 were sub standard and not genuine. The issue was fixed immediately after visiting the Mazda garage. Please avoid as I would hate for anyone else to be ripped off by these incompetent people.

Do not use this company , I had my car in for a service .
I was told to have my car there by 8.30 which I did only to find the centre closed
Someone eventually turned up at 9.00 , not an apology or anything.
I then had to take my car back the next day , because it was showing oil change needed and servicing needed . Things got worse I had to take my car back again after nearly killing myself when overtaking , my care didn't have any power . I found out that my air filter hadn't been put on correctly. I have complained . I was told that the area manager would contact me , that was 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard a word. Dreadful company , dreadful service and dreadful customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Book in elsewhere if you live in Ashford.
Can’t even comment on the workmanship as I never even got a chance for them to do any work on my car.
Booked in through black circles to have 4 tyres fitted. Got the booking confirmation from black circles at the beginning of the week and waited for days without any further correspondence.
3 days later get a phone call from black circles to say that the garage hadn’t made any contact with them to say the booking was confirmed. They had tried to call the garage on multiple occasions but nobody answered. Then had to re book a week later with a different tyre shop.
Iv also previously tried to call the garage myself again with no answer.
Which is looked at other reviews prior to book as it paints a clear picture of how unorganised they are.

I booked my car in online to get 2 new tyres fitted. Arrived at the Ashford centre at 10am as per my appointment.
2 hours later I get a phone call to say the tyres aren't in stock. Why not tell me this when I arrived??! I said I will have to take my car elsewhere as I needed the tyres urgently and requested a refund. 'Billy' said he would phone the head office and get this sorted. I went back to collect my car and double checked with Billy that he's spoken to his head office and he confirmed he had. A week later I had still not received my refund so I phoned their head office myself and they said they had not received any request for a refund.
Tried to phone the garage for 2 hours but no answer!
AVOID THIS PLACE!

No complaints. Missed my appointment time but they still accommodated me later in the day for the fitment of a new battery at a cost of £37.50 compared with £90 at the Jaguar main dealership!

Think the people here have forgotten their job involves customer service not just servicing cars. They parked the car woth th bonnet left bent and open and fuel cap open too after their half arsed job. Informed us 45mins into an MOT appointment they wouldn't actually be able to do the MOT due to us accidentally leaving something in the boot. Wouldn't let us get it out quickly and continue as it would 'eat up others appointment time' maybe if you didn't waste 45mins this wouldn't be a problem. Man was incredibly rude and unhelpful about the situation.

They fixed my heavily pregnant wife's puncture on very late notice last year, and found the cause of a leaky tyre on my car at no charge.
Honestly can't recommend Formula One Autocentre enough! Lovely guys who won't rip you off.
