Very poor workmanship. Car came out with suspension damage being 10mm out of line. Bumper coming off as bumper clips broken. and loads of filler in the dent. Tire with damage from the accident kept on the car. Work is dangerous !! Will be taking this further.

This is the worst company.after the repair they didin't solve my concern.never recommend any one.

Disaterous, car went for body repair came back damaged inside with work unfinished and personal items messed up. Returned 2nd time a flat tyre, then went away and came back with body panels not fitted correctly and boot badly aligned
Either avoid or check work thoroughly.
Of course, no one accepts responsibility, it took higher management to intervene to get a satisfactory response.
I accept errors happen,but to sign this off as quality is not acceptable... Just 'do your job'

People are quick to leave negative reviews for companies however less so when they receive good service, me included hence my review on this occasion. I have been to several crash repair centres over the years and Baldwins rate very highly in how they handled my case. The assessment was prompt and efficient and following approval I requested that they ordered the parts before my car went in as I wanted to minimise the time I was without my car as changing cars affects my back which has already been operated on 3 times. Despite this being not the normal process they obliged. When it was booked in I was given a 5 day work estimate. I asked if there was any way they could do it quicker again so I wasn't in a small car too long. They pulled out the stops and did this in 3 days which I was very grateful for. Excellent service and communication throughout the entire process. Thank you Baldwins.

After an accident that wrecked the whole passenger side of my car I was relieved to find that the assessment was positive and Baldwin's ordered and fitted the parts so efficiently. The reception girls received various phone calls from me as I was anxious to get my car back for a holiday and they were so patient with me. They pulled out all the stops and the car was delivered back to my house in time, which I feel was outstanding customer service. I really appreciate all they did for me at this stressful time.

Great service staff treat you with respect.

My car went in for body work recently and came back caked in mud, with a scratched wing and a curbed alloy. A few days after they completed the work the exhaust came off my car whilst I was driving it. Complained and they denied all knowledge and offered me a free machine polish. Avoid!

I would not trust this garage with my car ever again!
Car sent in following an accident. 5 weeks after taking my car it was given back with repairs incomplete. Lights still left damaged and paint work bubbled. They have damaged my cars paintwork further but will not accept liability.
They agreed to complete the work within a day however they then had my car for another week.
They have tried to continuously fob me off as they thought I knew nothing about cars. They also tried to place all the blame on me when the damage was clearly from the crash. Received my car back after a week and was told there was 'no problem' with the parking sensors despite them going off for no reason. To an untrained eye you could tell the parking sensor was dented. I cannot believe they failed on the basics. I will be going to trading standards and taking this further as I have found all of the staff extremely unhelpful and rude. I am left wondering what else they have missed as they are clearly incompetent.
