The customer service I received from the owners was disgusting. I am a dog walker therefore funnily enough my van smells doggy. Well aware of that, also aware that some people may not like the smell. What I don't appreciate is being told that no one is willing to drive it as it's "disgusting, foul, absolutely awful and vile". BY CONTRACT they have a duty to carry out the work and deliver the van back to me. They point blank refused to deliver it back as it was apparently so awful.
So I had to drive 40minutes to the garage to pick up my van at 6am so I could be back in time to start work.
I havnt had the van in almost 2 weeks, even though I'm used to the smell of it, I was expected to be blown away by the apparent stench of my van as even I would've noticed it after not having it for 2 weeks. It smelt fine, slightly doggy but nowhere near as bad as they had made out.
The 1st week they were plain rude about my van.
The 2nd week as well as still being rude suddenly it's because 2 of the guys there have severe asthma and won't get in the van- yet they work in a place where there is dust and paint etc.
Just plain awful customer service, if you have a vehicle in which isnt to your likeing, fine, no prob but don't then insult your customers about their property!!
You made me feel horrible, filthy and disgusting.
Luckily I was welcomed by I assume one of the body fitters at 6am who was lovely and polite. The owners however need lessons in customer care and communication.
Would never recommend!!!

Great repair carried out to my vehicle returning it to a pre incident condition. Vehicle was valeted on return to a high standard. My experience has been excellent with a friendly but professional team. I would not hesitate to recommend Alan and his team. Excellent 5 star service. Trevor Nappin.

A fantastic repair job completed on my van. They were able to complete the job and deliver if back to me before the lockdown. The owner of the business, who's name has slipped my mind, kept communication open at all times and even delivered the van back to me himself. Not only that, it had been washed too. Thanks guys. Highly recommend.

Alan (and his daughter) were so incredibly helpful and his team did a brilliant job repairing my Mazda MX-5 to time and cost . Highly recommend .

So brought my car down on Friday after a getting a dent on my door. Got quoted £700 and only if I paid in cash, or if I bought a new door if would cost £200 odd to fit. Thought it was too much so went elsewhere and got quoted £250 plus VAT next door to them… absolutely shocking trying to mug off a young woman. If you are a young woman avoid as clearly wanted to do a cheeky job off the books and for his own pocket no doubt. Shame as I brought a car last year that had horrific dents on every panel and only was going to cost £1500… strange considering one door is now £700 and refused to email me a quote.

Great experience with Alan. He is very friendly and helpful and his company did a great job on the bodywork damage on my car. Prompt service. Highly recommended.
