From the first phone call from BODYTECH to arrange collection of my car to the moment the friendly helpful driver handed me back my keys after the repairs were done the service I have received has been first class !!
I was kept up to date with the progress and the finished job is amazing !.

From the start this company did not fill us with confidence, but it's the company our insurance company put forward.

After the accident, our paint did not patch that of the car, we argued it and were met with terrible excuses. We went to several independent garages and everyone agreed with us that it wasn't right. In the end we had an inspector from the insurance come out to survey the "repair".

They also told us our towbar didn't need to be replaced after a rear end shunt as they had "checked it and it was ok". Now however I spoke to a few different places and everyone said, after a rear end shunt the towbar should be replaced, end of!

They were also not very professional towards my wife.

The car had to go back to be repainted again after the inspector came out, and a new towbar had to be fitted.

I would avoid these like the plague, if your insurance company try send you here, see if you can go elsewhere as these guys are just a bunch of cowboys.

Wouldn't even give one star if I could, terrible service, terrible product.

This people knows what they doing. I have visited a few ather garages in Essex but Fix Auto are really professionals in this buisnes. I will defenetly recomendet...

Absolutely awful never got back to me with a price when down there over 2 weeks ago was supposed to be calling me me wouldn't recommend

Had to have the boot resprayed so left my car with them for three days. When i got the car back it was washed. Hoovered. Polished and as good as new. Customer service was brilliant. They stayed in contact throughout the whole job. Very professional. Friendly and nothing was to much trouble. Would definatly be using fix auto gapjmw again.

AVOID like the plague if you can. Unfortunately my insurance assigned Fix Auto after my accident. My vehicle was dropped off 3 months ago and was subjected to a shoddy initial assessment. I was told the required parts were ordered then I received no update whatsoever up until last week. I constantly called and the receptionist would either promise someone will call with an update or it would ring out. Eventually I was contacted by the parts team who told me that necessary items were missed on the initial assessment and I would have to wait for them to be delivered. I assume I’ll be waiting another three months now. I’m so upset my insurer deems these as suitable for business. I’ve complained but in reality what will that do? Awful customer service, if I could give 0 stars I would. I’m actually concerned I’ll never see my car again. Utter disgrace

Do not use this garage if you have any choice. My insurer authorised them to repair my Motability vehicle. They are incredibly slow and you have to chase for every update. Who knows if I’ll ever see my car again?!
