The work was fine, but with the exception of Jason every guy I spoke to on the phone needed a course in customer care. Having been told when I delivered it that it could be delivered back in time for the next weekend I had to go through all hell of a process to get it back even though it was ready. Not impressed, hope not to deal with them again in the future.

Very friendly staff and did a great job repairing my car after a motorway accident. Wouldn't have known any damage had been done

Incredibly poor service, what should have been a maximum of 10 hours of labour ended up taking over 1 month and the car still wasn't ready.
Absolute cowboys which told a different story regarding the progress whenever I called them and who discovered other parts were needed every week, DESPITE very clear instructions written down when the car was dropped off highlighting what would be needed.

Incredibly unprofessional, I ended up just taking the car off their hands as it was even though they missed out lots of things and the repair was still not 100% complete after being with them for over a month!

Excellent service. Friendly staff. Answer the phone in less than 2 second which I found amazing! They have done a great job of fixing my car. It’s a shame my insurance company is a nightmare but thanks to these guys my car looks good now.

Decent repair on our car. Friendly guys on the phone and in person. Car could have been a little cleaner on being returned as full of dust etc from being worked on.

Fold motor is currently closed now due to the pandemic but was indeed a good place to to fix your vehicle.
