Following a RTC, Nationwide provided an excellent service of collecting my vehicle for repair, repairing it & supplying a courtesy car. Paul from reception & Sam the Repair shop supervisor were knowledgeable, helpful and did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. They both (along with other staff) communicated how work was progressing. I would highly recommend Nationwide to others.

Absolute joke of a place! I had a small bump in my car, it needed a few scuffs sorting on the bumper and a tiny bit of plastic welding. My car is now due to go back for the 5th time due to the shoddy paint work and poor finish. I've had someone else take a look at the work to make sure i'm not just being too picky, they immediately agreed it wasn't good enough, even the guys that last dropped the car off admitted it wasn't a good finish. Whatever the final outcome, i'd never recommend this place to anyone.

*Update*

After the 5th attempt at sorting out my paint work my insurance company have given up and are sending the car somewhere else, unbelievable!
On top of the shoddy repairs, one of the drivers was stupid enough to drive at over 100mph in my car while allowing the dash cam to continue recording!

Very slow in completing my repair it's already been more than 3 weeks and it's most inconvenient
