First time using this company to repair my E Class. I was personally dealt with Salih. Called me up constantly with Updates and processes on the car. I have also gone through the third party insurance which they recommended. I will definitely recommend because they called me for pictures of the damage and ask soo many questions with days of the Accident HOWEVER my own insurance (Admiral) didn't bother calling until 4-5 day after the accident, then tried to bribe my with £100 gift voucher if I go with my policy instead of the third party. FastLane and the third party insurance company made sure I was all up to date. I will use them in the future.

I cannot recommend Fastlane highly enough. My car was damaged by storms and required a new front bumper. My contact with Ned at the bodyshop was top class and he was happy to liaise with insurers and keep me informed regularly. The whole process took a little over a week with a good courtesy car provided. Delivery and pickup of the vehicle was flexible and well organised. The work that was done is top spec with a guarantee provided after the repair. Could not be happier. (side note - Fastlane wasn't initially on my list of approved bodyshops through insurance but they were happy to use them once I suggested it).

My car went to Fastlane Paint & Body for a full body and engine check after being stolen from my drive.

From the moment they picked the car up the communication and updates on my car were second to none.

Fastlane Paint & Body struggled to get a specific part required from Germany, but gave me weekly updates on the status of my car and when they would next be in touch.

Now I have received my car back the work that has been done is seamless and the car is as new.

I couldn't recommend Fastlane Paint & Body highly enough a class act all around!

Many thanks to all involved with the work undertaken on my car.

I am in utter shock, My car was initially booked with them to get for repairs, the understanding would be that i could cancel anytime. No documents was signed nor was there any mention of anything about should i not wish to proceed with the repair via them that i or my insurance would be penalised, no contract or agreement signed. I was initially advised through Anil that the appointment had been cancelled due to AA offering my Cash in Lieu. I called AA and they cash in lieu settlement to which i agreed, they previously advised they were looking at the possibility. Unfortunately now, they are trying to charge my insurance for parts stating they cannot be returned, although, they are Mercedes bodyshop within there own shop, they state the parts are non returnable, which is complete shock to me, as any other bodyshop or garage are able to return the parts. AA offered me cash in lieu and i accepted, they proceeded, for me to find out a day later that they cannot offer this as Anil from Fastlane sneakily emailed AA they had to pay for the parts. I am disgusted that they have tried to charge AA for parts although no agreement was signed, nor was i ever informed that if i cancel the appointment i would penalised. No money was given in advance either. They are just trying to penalise me for cancelling the job as they are unhappy i did not use them through my insurance. UTTERLY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR FROM ANIL AT MERCEDES BENZ COLLINDALE.

I used fastlane for repair work to my car and the they did a fantastic job. Not only did they handle the claim from start to finish but they provided an excellent service for me as a client and the repair work was quality.

Due to being hit by a bus, my back bumper was damaged and required repairing. They sorted the problem, replaced it and administered the paint work and electrics.

A great job done and excellent service throughout.

I had the misfortune of having a brick thrown at my car by some kids from a bridge. Axa, the insurance company were dreadful to deal with. Their appointed car fixers, Vizion were dreadful to deal with so Mercedes put me in touch with Fastlane who have been nothing but INCREDIBLE. Their service has been second to none and the communications from Ned throughout have been top notch. I'd thoroughly recommend Fastlane and their workmanship on the car has been excellent. Thank you so much for all your help!

Excellent customer service from Ned & the team at Mercedes - Fastlane Bodyshop. Ned was always prompt at keeping me in the loop as to what stage of repair my vehicle was at & never missed a phone call with myself. You can tell the car has been repaired at a very high standard as my CLA is back to showroom condition. Couldn’t fault these guys one bit. Would definitely use Fastlane again for any bodywork repair. Thank you!

Thanks to Ned Aristide and Fastlane for completing the bodywork repair on my company car. The car looks perfect and Ned was great in managing the whole process.
