Shady Tints

Called up for price on tints £130 for side and rear.
Asked if they took amex and was told they didnt know and I would have to come down and try it to see.

Drove down to be greeted at the door,
Explained I wanted the side windows and rear and was told if I wanted the front done it would cost more £150. Now not being funny but I drive a Nissan 350z the back windows as the guy put it are not really windows they are tiny.

Anyway I said okay and can we put my payment through first as I only had amex.

Straight away I he told me they do not except amex and that all the staff should know that.

Waste of time going down there.

I asked you for other prices to judge if they were fair or not, £80 to vinyl headlights...
I appreciate you are a business with overheads but really...
Saying I'll be back with cash was just my British way of getting out of the situation.

If you want me to be blunt, I thought your company was unprofessional in its customer service therefore had no intention of returning.

I just beleive the whole journey was a waste of time.

Just to be clear I will definitely not be back to use your services as In my opinion your prices are high and it seems like you want to squeeze every last penny out of the job.

Also staff not knowing a simple thing like what payments you accept is pretty annoying, for me to be told to come down and check then arrive and be flat out told you dont wasted my time. To reiterate that was YOUR company that wasted my time.

My review is completely honest and truthful and hopefully may help others.

Got the mirrors and overhead pillars wrapped gloss black on my red Audi A1 and the finished look is just what I wanted. The guys were hard at work for 4 hours, twice what was initially stated. Very friendly team and compared to Creative FX in Bromley, the quote was also cheaper. Wrap comes with a 2 year piece of mind warranty. Highly recommend!

Correspondence through email with Paul was informative, easy and answered and replied to all my questions before I visited.

Turned up as 1st call at 10am, and was greeted by Ryan, very chilled, friendly and helpful with my initial meet and greet.

Offered the 3 tint options, obviously I went with Limo, as it looks amazing.

Left car with Ryan, called me in 2hrs and said rear tints are completed and paid cash on completion.

Explained what to expect, care instructions and revisits if not happy.

Two weeks later, the bubbles on one side were not settled, the rear windscreen slightly peeling. Little scratch in one of the rear tints.

Emailed Paul, and he said to pop round and will have a look at it.

Arrived again at 10am, and was greeted by Ryan and another gentleman, both very welcoming, friendly and approachable.

Left car and within 1 hr everything was sorted, Rear windscreen finished, one side rear tint replaced and added bonus, showed a technique to darken the outside area of the tints.

Not sure if the other fella was Paul, but if he was with his lovely Audi, it showed that he cared about his customers and this type of service is rare to find.

I can assure you they are not shady one bit, they are professional, friendly and approachable.

When they had finished the tints and I picked up my vehicle I very quickly noticed the rear doors weren’t locking.
