Just picked up my van recently from the garage and I must say that this place is a no go when it comes to pricing and quality of work as well as dealing with clients after they have your money. When I brought the van in I showed them the area of the car that needed the repaint and what items needed to be done and was charged accordingly, it was all put down on paper.
Once completed, unfortunately I picked the van up in the evening and could not properly assess their works due to the low light and reviewing this the next day uncovered that they did not do the repairs the way they described or were done incomplete. We have agreed on having the newly painted side of the van to be polished as well as the front as this has received new paint as well, however this was not done nor any detailing or polishing to the van was carried out. I have since tried calling them a few times and after an initial conversation in which they advised they will get back to me, they will now simply ignore my calls as nobody answers the phone for days. I assume they have put my number on block or they simply recognise it as I don’t believe a garage will not respond or return any calls over a weeks period.

This experience with them left me feeling that I was improperly charged for as not all items on the list were done or were incomplete.

Total waste of time and this is not the way serious business is done.

Chris removed very bad dents that I had on the side of my car, (rear and front passenger doors), the work he completed was so quick and professional. You wouldn’t even think my car had any damage previously. Very good pricing as well - over the moon, thank you Chris!

Better late than never. But these guys were great. I had a severe scratch down the side & above my rear wheel arch right down to the steel. I left my car with them, was giving a loan car and by the end of the day I had my car back looking brand new. Great price for a great service! Would recommend

I handed my car in yesterday for some repair work on the bumber-had some deep scratches as well as a few minor scratches around the car. I was offered a courtesy car and told the job would take a day.
I picked my car up today and I was amazed. It was as good as new and in pristine condition. Thank you so much to Christian and his team for a really professional job. I will definitely recommend you to family and friends.

Extremely happy and amazed to pick up my car this morning after I dropped it yesterday for repair because of bad dents and scratches on its rear door and bumper. Christian did an excellent repair job at a very reasonable price. Thank you very much!!!

I thought they were extremely professional and helpful . My car was in for bodywork and spraying and the end result is better than I expected . I will be passing Chris’s details on to my friends as the work is to a high standard .
