Russell is incredibly detail oriented and genuinely loves the Classic Mini. This is what makes him a veteran expert on the car. Being thorough means he is not the fastest or cheapest but that's the price you pay for someone who is willing to do the job right. They've earned my loyalty.

Guys were Mini Mad! Love minis and nothing they don't know about them. Russ did video of under my car. Explained and made me understand everything. No cons, no bull just honest blokes who genuinely want to help you. Head casket changed, new Fan belt and checked everything everywhere. So great full. Oil light off now.Phew! Very fair prices. Going for MOT and service here for sure. So so grateful to Russ and his team.

Absolutely blown away by the service received from Russell and the team at Croydon Minis. I've never experienced anything like it from other garages, and I'm very fussy about where I take my cars.

They have a real passion for R53s, and really, really know their stuff. I had a lot of work done on the car, a mix of urgent and preventative work (idler pulley, vibration dampener, supercharger service, water pump, wishbone bushes, rocker gasket and loads more). Every step of the way, Russell was in contact to advise on best long term options and the best possible products to use. He also took progress photos and showed me the parts that came off the car.

Don't hesitate to give them a shout, you might have to wait a couple of weeks, but to me it's reassuring to see how busy they are.

I had a good experience here, it was the first time servicing my Mini away from the dealership. I'm particular about the service and care given in a field where I rely on expert advice and I felt the team at Croydon Minis treated me fairly and gave honest advice. I could tell they have a passion for what they do and with reasonable pricing, I hope to return again when needed.

Called and booked pretty much last minute for a diagnostic and investigation on a 2005 Mini Cooper S.

Thankfully Russell was able to squeeze me in and have the car returned ready for the weekend.

Service and expertise are literally second to none. This is quite simply THE best service I have ever experienced, so much better and more knowledgable than any BMW Mini franchise, and a fraction of the cost.

Not only did Russell fix the issue that I originally called for, but also performed a thorough inspection. He then sent photo updates detailing what was required before proceeding and advised on what should be repaired/replaced next.

I honestly don't think I have ever experienced such professionalism, knowledge and enthusiasm at a garage before. These guys encapsulate and are the very definition of the word specialist.

Thank you for such a pleasant experience. My Mini now drives like a completely different car and is an absolute joy again. All credit to Russell.

I will be returning very soon to book in for a stainless exhaust, safe in the knowledge that it will be fitted correctly and sound like a dream.

Had a diagnostic test done here on my Mini One. Great work, very reasonable prices. Extremely knowledgeable about all things mini, I will certainly be coming back if there are any futures issues I need resolving

Russ is good but often stretched as he has lots of job but in my opinion less staffed. He is a great guy and knows his stuff when it comes to Mini !!
