From start to finish I was very impressed with the service. Alex, in the Redhill office was friendly, efficient and professional and kept me updated at all times. The repairs were done quickly and to a high standard after a referral by my insurance company LV. ABL also allowed me to collect a courtesy car, arranged by my insurers, from Enterprise at Caterham on the Hill, and drop it back when collecting my car which unexpectedly had been cleaned for me as part of the service. Very happy to recommend.

An insurance company tried to use this place. After waiting almost 2 months for them to pick up the car they took it only to say that they don't want to do it. They did this by nit-picking every little detail that was wrong with the car, which they weren't even there for to fix, and didn't even try to fix the actual damage that happened in an accident which they were going to be paid to do. They lied and doubled the price of how much it would actually cost to get the car fixed just to get rid of it. Awful place that I hope no one uses in the future, especially insurance companies.

Appalling service - avoid at all costs. They've had my car over a month for a simple bumper scuff and won't tell me what is going on. My insurer insisted on using this firm but told me it would be over a month until they could collect it. That date came and went and nobody collected the car, so they rebooked it and I had to wait for collection again. A few days after collecting I was called to say the car was ready to be returned and they took card payment for my excess. They then phoned back almost immediately to say it wasn't ready and I would have to wait. That was almost a month ago and I have heard nothing since. They still have my car and my money and won't even tell me why. I have phoned on a daily basis this week and each time I'm told they don't know what is going on but they will speak to the mechanics and phone me back. So far, nobody has ever phoned me back.

I am really impressed with how my experience went with ABL 1 Touch in Redhill. My car went in on Monday and I received it back Tuesday afternoon. The team and head office kept me up to date all the way, and the repairs on my vehicle look brand new. The team had also cleaned my vehicle in and out.

I am so happy my insurance company chose this approved garage they work in collaboration with. I would highly recommend ABL 1 Touch, Redhill.

Excellent service, very communicative, great work. Picked up car and work was supposed to take a week and they completed it within 3 days. Would highly recommend.

Initial communication very good. Quick turnaround verified by email. However when we tried to get our car returned by the stated date we couldn't contact anyone to find out what was happening. 5 days later eventually contacted after numerous voice mails from us and our insurance agent However the work was carried out to a high standard. They need to sort out communications and it would be a five star rating.

Very bad experience with this company. They have recommended that my car should be written off by LV Insurance without even taking it away and giving me a proper costing. No quotes were given to me despite asking. Needless to say, you have to stay on the line for a very long time before you can speak to anyone who would not know anything. They work with LV Insurance and just write your car off based on age and mileage even if it is a nice car, but won't disclose the repair cost to you even if you ask. I waited 3 weeks for this company, but then got my car fixed within 24 hours with another company for not a lot of money.

DO NOT LET YOUR INSURANCE COMMISSION THIS COMPANY Admiral sent to east grinstead branch and redhill branch. The pictures of the workmanship will do all the talking. Shoddy job on the bonnet replacement with major gap. Was told it was manufacture standard and nothing is wrong until I showed pictures of the car before. On top of waiting over 2 months as each repair kept getting sent back as the work was not even amateur level pure laziness and swindle behaviour from management. Cherry on top was damage to wing mirror and scratches to car that wasn’t there before and on the existing damage inspection sheet. Company is a shambles please look at pictures. And show this review to your insurers if they try take your vehicle here.
