Very good experience. Jimmy promised he will come back with a quote by 1130 and he called back promptly. The car was repaired top class and the price charged was reasonable. Car was washed and valeted. When I compare the experience to two other repair shops in Aylesbury (ABC and one next to it) who never bothered to give a quote even after reminders I find Gatehouse Motors a class apart and very professional. A+++

Very disappointing. Having read previous reviews I chose Gatehouse. Oh dear. After a few months I noticed white powder where the scratch and dent had been. Turns out to be filler with paint over the top. Someone had scraped it slightly and that then was revealed. I returned to ask about it and was told there was nothing they could do. Shoddy work and dire customer relations!
