Gemini have been amazing. Communication was wonderful. I was kept informed about my cars progress from start to finish. There was always a friendly voice at the end of the phone. My car looked brand new when I collected it yesterday.

Very poor quality service.
We have been waiting for our car to be repaired for almost 7 weeks! and it was not a big repair! ! They didn't even wash our car!
we will submit a complaint to our insurance company!

Following a collision my insurance provider arranged for Gemini to repair my car. Outstanding repair work, customer service along with the car being returned having had a full valet! All very pleasing and would recommend but hopefully will never have to use them again!

Had my car for minor bumper repair, first job they done was terrible. Run marks, over spray and orange peel in the paintwork. They took the car back a week later only to not even touch the over spray so third time lucky they came out to me and finally removed the over spray marks. Would not use again if I had a choice
