Awful service! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD DETAILS! I called to come and have a technician look at fixing one of our tail lifts. Upon arrival they said they couldn't do it at our depot. Then we took it into branch and they suddenly quoted £1600. And From my previous experience for the work at hand it should've been around £600 to £700. So I politely declined, of which they then took £200 off my card! Now having to fight them through small claims. Steer clear!

Had a fault and needed a service on a Ricon wheelchair lift. Called them up and they were happy to fix it at their depot. When asked, they told me their prices beforehand, and that is what they charged. Staff were polite and friendly, excellent service. I will definately be using them again and would highly recommend them.

Really stressful time, was looking to install side rack in my luton van, had 1 staff work and got charged 2! 2 panel damaged, Very expensive and very poor customer service! Do not ever get close there, team work on pressure with angry Dog around!

Great service from Alan and his staff member. Fast and efficient sorted my tail lift in no time. The chain had a broken link, they were honest and only charged for one hour labour. Polite and friendly. I will recommend to friends and family. Cheers Alan,

I can see these guys have an excellent rating here. Perhaps, I got them on a bad day when I took my van for a routine check of the tail lift. It had worked perfectly until it was checked and “serviced” by them. When I took the van out of the garage I noticed that the tail lift didn’t move as smooth as before. It was badly calibered and touched the holders all every time I opened and closed it. I took it back for an adjustment, but nothing really changed. The guy said that there was nothing he could do as the grease inside the bar drought out and it couldn’t be refilled. If that’s true, that’s really weird that the grease suddenly drought out the same day the tail lift was “serviced”. My tail lift was damaged instead of being fixed. 2 stars just because the person who booked me in was a nice guy.
