Very skilful repairs

Ex employee here, Some staff are good, managers talk to you like sh*t, treat you like sh*t, dont even pay you for your lunch hour, manager’s son Mark treats employees like something hes scraped off his shoe and you get used as a dogs body. Sweeping up and everything when you have actual work to do. Work comes in and gets done a week later behind schedule. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I am not one for writing reviews but here goes…….
I Have dealt with WS Coachworks since 2010.
After trying several services providers, I could not get the service we needed. Since WS Coachworks have been maintaining our fleet
{20 HGV 's and 15 vans} It’s a relief to know that your vehicles are in good hands.

Although Hatfield is not always local, we still go out our way to take our vehicles to them. Not only do we use them for mechanical we also use them for bodywork and new truck builds.

Being a family run business you can call them and find out exactly what is going on with your vehicle anytime. They do not have people standing by the phone waiting to answer it but without doubt they will always come back to you.

Mark has always helped us in urgent situations and always gets us back on the road as quick as possible.

Body repairs and new builds

Update: third job they have done for me, could not fault them. Workmanship, customer service all exemplary. Everything explained, no nasty surprises and a very reasonable bill.
